HANDLING AND PRECAUTIONS:

APPLICATION:

Nitro may be applied using a specially designed re-usable pressure tank which is easy to refill out of a 55 gallon drum. Spider Glue Nitro may also be applied using a drum pump and spray gun. Purchasing the material in drums is a much more economical and environmentally friendly package. NATCON can recommend equipment as necessary.

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Store in closed container when not in use and store below 80 F. Shelf Life: 6 months at temperatures not to exceed 80 F.

BENEFITS:

Spider Glue Nitro should be applied in smooth even coats to one or both surfaces at the rate of a least 2 dry grams per square foot of bonding area. Porous materials such as fabrics, foam, or wood may require two coats of adhesive. Join the surfaces when the adhesive is tacky to the touch, but does not transfer to the finger. Adequate pressure must be applied to assure complete contact.

Spider Glue Nitro is a light amber, solvent based, general purpose adhesive that forms a tough, flexible bond to many substrates. It is specially formulated to bond nitrile rubber, neoprene, and other elastomers.
